This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Aid Access BV a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office at Domselaerstraat 14, 1093MA, Amsterdam (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and its doctors, staff, and clients. By using the services provided by the Company, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Introduction
Services Provided Aid Access BV provides financial, administrative, and helpdesk services to doctors and healthcare professionals. We also facilitate payment processing on behalf of clients for medical services rendered by healthcare providers.
User Obligations
2.1. The Doctor agrees to provide accurate and complete information for service facilitation.
2.2. The Doctor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
2.3. The Doctor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the use of our services.
Payment Processing
3.1. Aid Access BV is authorized to collect payments from clients on behalf of the Doctor.
3.2. Funds collected will be remitted to the Doctor after deducting agreed-upon service fees.
3.3. The Doctor acknowledges that Aid Access is not liable for any payment disputes between the Doctor and their clients.
Service Fees
4.1. Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon prior to service initiation.
4.2. Aid Access reserves the right to modify service fees with prior notice.
Confidentiality
5.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information.
5.2. Client data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
6.1. Aid Access will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2. Aid Access makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service availability.
Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
7.2. Outstanding payments and obligations will survive termination.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands
Amendments
Aid Access may update this Agreement at any time with prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
